I was pleased that they arrived already in caddies so I could just pop them right in the running server and begin the array build. Price was reasonable and communication was good.     We paid extra for 2-day shipping but weren’t given a tracking number to check the status. Since we didn’t know where the shipment was and it took longer than expected, we ended up buying another one elsewhere. When we expressed our frustration to the seller, they immediately apologized, refunded the entire transaction including shipping, and told us to keep the drive. Excellent customer service and a great example of taking care of the customer.

    Items shipped were correct and as advertised. Due to an error the order arrived partial but seller quickly responded with a solution to the problem that was satisfactory and I would buy from this seller again.
