After notifying the seller, they stated that I could return the item and/or offered me a partial refund due to the missing part. The partial refund came along with ample time to allow me to search for the part. After searching and locating the part, Quinns Bargains sent me the partial refund. I found this offer quite admirable and I highly recommend Quinns Bargains.
