I requested a partial refund for mending, preferring to keep it and avoid unnecessary returns. Seller was rude, only offering a full return, claiming it's a favor despite their inaccurate listing. No accountability. Poor communication. Not as described. However the buyer asked for a partial refund and wanted to keep the nightgown, NOT return it. Buyer was fully refunded, kept the nightgown free of charge.
