It isn't working order and he took full responsibility and gave me a full refund for the mistake. He didn't have to do that because I asked for a shipping label to send it back and being a stand-up seller he just said keep it for the trouble. Would certainly do business with this seller again. Has the type of integrity that you look for in an eBay seller. Thanks again for your prompt customer service and communication.

The correct product was shipped out within 24hrs of me notifying them and a return label was provided to make sending the mis-shipment back with ease. Everything received (even the wrong ones!) were well packaged and had minimal outward appearance of wear.
