The problem is that I paid 4.50 for DPD next day delivery and the seller chose to send it via Royal Mail 48 which cost 2.95. Consequently the item arrived late, which it wouldn't have done had the seller posted it via DPD, as I selected. I emailed the seller but have had no response. Buyers - ALWAYS make sure the seller sends via the option you selected. Sellers should not be making profit from postage costs.

No an issue - i just wanted to know if i could use a different cleaner with the machine. The other was when was it being sent as the advert did say in two days so was expecting the machine yesterday - arrived today. Trust me when i say this was packed very very well. The machine was described as new and yeap it is very new indeed - and £100 less than the next competitor. Brilliant record cleaner!!!!!!
