You have to use their repair shop to get anything done. The items came from China but said made in Mexico. I have not installed them and probably won’t.

The appearance of each speaker is nearly new. The wired in connection was what I wanted. The seller individually wrapped each speaker and added more packing to the box. The box arrived in the time window provided by the shipper. Happy
