One pair arrived 2day. The insert end of cord- the sound slips in & out from one ear to the other but not often. I don't know what that means, maybe that's when the ear buds are wearing out and it's time for a new pair. The Bass is most powerful and that is why I keep purchasing this same brand. They suit Samsung Motorola OnePlus Nord & Apple products...
