Its one of those shippers where the tracking# has no updates and it just shows up when it shows up and you have know idea of the shipping progress as its on its way. Came late so not too excited about that. I think this seller should stop the over optimism in its advertised shipping arrival date so expectations can be met as the buyer. I contacted them and of course they blame it on Fedx

Item arrived exactly as described, unfortunately I ordered the wing part which allows me to further review their return process. I immediately contacted seller to see if I could exchange the part. Seller responded to my query within minutes. Unfortunately, they don't offer exchanges, however seller was very helpful in initiating the return process as well as providing a link to the correct part that I needed.
