Specifically about Hedron Dreidel, it seems like the "+2 Runes" side is weighted more heavily. I spun that thing like 30 times and 20 of them came up on Runes. Not once landed on +2 Power. We'll see as I keep using it

Exactly as described. Exquisite fragrance jumped out of the packaging as soon as I opened it. This was a fragrance a late friend of mine shared with one another. To have this scent in my home today is priceless. Excellent Value!
