    Excellent communication from ez-office-supplies and a product that actually worked! I previously purchased a BMW Scanner 1.4 from a different seller here on Ebay but to get it to work I had to take the interface apart and solder a bridging wire across 2 of the pins. The software turned out to be a trial version and virtually useless. The diagnostic interface supplied by ez-office-supplies worked without modification and the software program is the full version. Top marks to this seller!

    As some have said takes a while to download the software but well worth it, downloaded, read the codes, googled most common causes of the code and found a broken wire to the abs sensor :)

    Great basic scanner this, nice and easy to use when set up. A bit of a faff downloading and installing the drivers to run it, but that’s because I’m not very savvy with computers. I got there in the end, and if I can do it anyone can. All in all this is a great value little tool. It will pay for itself many times over. Good seller, posted next day, arrived in a couple. 👍🏻
