I was in a time crunch to get some Boston Acoustics speakers up and running again, and inquired about when they would ship and how to expedite the shipping. The seller was very responsive to my questions, even on the weekend. The woofers shipped on the following Monday as promised, and they even credited be back the difference between the estimate of shipping vs. the what was calculated in the order.
