    The condition of this butt pack looks to be new. Great refurbish job! Can't tell the difference. The product was well wrapped so as protect it from in transit damage; this vendor cares for both the customer and the products sold. I also thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed the little goodies (such as, for one, the tag that honors those in uniform and their service animals). In addition, this Vendor has great customer service and communication when problems arise. A plus all categories.
