Maybe because of the way the bulbs were expertly packaged and the way the delivery driver handled the FRAGILE box. I only needed 2 bulbs for my 70-gallon tank. But because the price from this seller were much cheaper than anyone else, I ordered the 12 pack. Now I will have spare bulbs for many years. I would highly recommend this seller to anyone who needs 46'' aquarium florescent light bulbs. Good job guys. Thank You.

They are after all lightbulbs going through the US postal… How come scissors are packaged in Fort Knox and lightbulbs are a shell of a box ..anyhow, this seller was very good in responding immediately and offering me a refund on the broken bulb, which I thought was very fair. After all it was not their fault that the bulb was broken.
