Due to thr size being the issue i did have to pay return postage for the item even though incorrectly described. If you are buying this product size up. I returned the item and was refunded.

My communication was answered fully by them straight away. My perfect leather jacket has just arrived. I tracked it from start to finish. It fits like a dream too of course.
