Seems like they only shipped as soon as I asked about it and then said it was shipped but never followed back up with me as to why it’s taking so long to deliver. Also $4. We shipped on the 3rd business day after you ordered (our processing time is 3-4 business days). You wrote us 1 day & we replied within 24 hours confirming your order shipped already. We only charged $3.95 for shipping (TRACKING) fees but USPS actually charged us $4.33 to ship your package. Those are the cheapest tracking rates anyone can get. As for the 18 days with the shipper - you should go complain on their site - we have no control over that and it's wild.

Sometimes life happens. I am 1 person part time (after day job) and 3 younger kids like many others. Your order had no issues with communication, I replied same day usually or within 24-48 hours which is our goal. I explained I was sick & it delayed your order (you were ok with this). Product shipped within 1 week (5-6 business days). USPS had delays after outside my control.

I didn’t expect to get it and guess what i never did. Was waiting to see if i got it to leave the review to give them a chance. Don’t recommend buying from this seller
