The parts are as described and they posted them quickly, but amazon delivery let them down. When delivered the bag was split open and the parts were missing, the driver took it back. The next day they re-delivered them. The item was nicely packed but when opened one of the parts was missing. I did not contact the supplier as I only needed one of them, other was going to be a spareTap Valve Compression Gland Insert 1/2" BSP 20 Teeth (N° 154998124914)

The package containing a length of shower screen seal did not withstand the harsh treatment of the carrier company. Although reinforced, the package was delivered with a definite kink in it and the contents damaged. The seal is very rigid and the damage couldn't be concealed. I contacted the seller with photographs of what had been delivered and without any difficulty a replacement was arranged. The replacement was delivered undamaged and easily installed
