When I asked for a return label he tried to give me a partial refund , instead I said No . Then he called me a Thief said the Rudder of all things is missing. I took pictures before I returned it and everything was intact,including the Rudder which goes through the Boat itself. I thought it best to return it . When I received it, it was actually just 1 fl oz. I contacted the seller, and within ten minutes got a response with an apology. They issued me a full refund with no further questioning and told me to keep and use the product rather than return.
