Sent item back unused as was to large for vehicle and never put on. They received the item and stated it was in good condition. Called to pay restocking fee and do the exchange and magically now the part is used/damaged and will not exchange or refund. So they have the part and we are out of luck and money.

I was disappointed with the expected was 4/18 but didn't come until today . I had sent an email inquiring about when it would ship a 4-23 It's an amazing value; all their parts are and with a 10yr warranty you have some peace of mind. I just completed installation and it appears to be very good quality materials and construction, and came including all needed parts including new gasket. Haven't run it much yet, so will update with any issues, but for now I highly recommend this seller and product
