Easy to installed just bended a bit the brackets for it to be held to the frame (they are slanted a big and u can see one goes to the left side & the other bracket is for the right side). Use a jack to push it up for installation! Big performance difference as my BMW loves the cooler air it intakes! Highly recommended! A++++
