Would suggest using an alternative courier in future.

They do not completely fill either the panniers or the top box, leaving room for other things such as a shoe bag, a disc lock, first aid kits. etc. I am pleased with the purchase, though I received two top box bags and one pannier bag. Leaving in a few days I have no time to change it but the second top box bag will fit in the pannier with the extension piece zipped up.
