The seller did refund the item but was then unavailable to replace with a size 40 in that kilt. ( I am a size 36 so get complicated with wrong descriptions) Have a charity kilt walk and this messed things up.

Paid on 25th may with no reply but then scissors arrived after 18 days on 12th June, I think the seller sent another order!! Good scissors at a very good price, well packed and exactly as described plus free postage so decided against leaving a bad review. Shame no communication though.
