The tracking number showed this. Even though the pkg was addressed to me it stated it was delivered to another state. The seller promptly refunded me the money but then the item showed up and even though I offered to make it right the seller told me to just keep the item. The seller promptly responded to all my communication!

The controller looks brand new and buttons are nice and springy and not mushy at all for a pre-owned controller. This is an excellent restoration job and it works perfectly. Item was packaged well. I highly recommend this seller and would consider purchasing a second controller. A+++
