    I mistakenly ordered the wrong product, but after contacting Vectorland customer service, Emma was extremely helpful. She arranged a 50% refund for the incorrect item and kindly allowed me to keep it. Today, I received the new item I ordered, and I’m very pleased with it — it’s practical and very easy to use.     The monopod from Vectorland arrived quickly but the toggle on the storage bag was broken (see picture), important as this was a present. Asked what the seller was prepared to do, Emma replied “it does not affect use. You can take it off”. So much for customer care. Now I’m going to have to buy a toggle, wait for it to arrive making it late for the birthday. Thanks Vectorland you really made me feel valued.
