Emailed them and they took care of the problem. But I will say that it was everything it was supposed to be high quality and well worth the price. I will definitely order again from these fine people, very pleased with my order, thanks a lot!

Information was never available. I contacted seller if the item was shipped, and could she help with tracking. I notified eBay that package hasn’t arrived and tracking is unavailable with info provided. I notified seller. She did something right, as package arrived after 3 weeks. As far as that tracking number, information unavailable. Seller is good and helpful. Mail failed.

If have a question the vendor always gets back within a very reasonable time frame. Items are always shipped so no damage could happen to item and always arrives sooner than time frame expected. If make offer is an option and you make a reasonable offer seller will work with you to agree on a price.The coper rounds are described as to exactly what i received and they shine more in hand than the photo.
