The steering column I bought was in excellent condition and arrived on time and very well packaged. I repackaged the core in the box it was delivered in, slapped the pre-paid return label on it and a week later I received my core refund. The truck drives better than when it was new, could'nt be more satisfied. I was so relieved that this went well because so many people don't get what they pay for these days when it comes to things like this, good as a new one!

The description said rebuilt but it was so well refurbished it looked new. I had a question which was answered immediately, I really appreciated that. Shipping was fast as well. Plus, I had forgotten that I get a little money back because of the core charge, (need to get the old one packed up, item comes with a prepaid label). All in all, a good experience. Sorry for the delay in posting was laid up with a back injury.

Seller called and got my approval to send a higher quality replacement at no extra charge to me which I received. Now seller is dealing with shipping company, not me. When things go wrong is when you can differentiate the good from the bad sellers. This seller is great.
