My order was posted using tracker (which to date is still showing not delivered) They offered me a refund or a placement of the Swarovski crystals. Unfortunately the size I ordered were no longer in stock and I was offered a larger size crystal at no extra cost. Their customer care and service is exceptional. Thank you. I would give you a100 stars if I could.
