    It was as described , however I was able to clear the BIOS password and unlock it. The packaging was amazing I didn't realize how heavy these things are compared to my z440. Shipping was great and there was an issue with my unit and they were able to replace it so definitely a seller here you can trust and it's a great value for what I paid considering what they would go for originally depending on your configuration.
