    I was a little leery after seeing the pictures. The seller was very honest about the flaws, it was actually in much better shape than depicted and cleaned up very nicely. I would definitely do business with this seller again. The item came professionally packaged in a box with plenty of packing to protect the contents. Shipping was very quick and right on time. No surprises and as described. Terrific value. I wish everone was this honest.

    I deeply appreciate how honest the seller was in writing down the laptop's specifications and blemishes. The images and descriptions were accurate and detailed. (So detailed, in fact, that I couldn't even find all the tiny blemishes!) The packaging was excellent and the device itself was perfect. The price was reasonable and shipping was fast. I had some difficulties setting up the laptop, and the seller patiently took the time to help me resolve my questions. I cannot recommend them enough!
