The shipping was very fast & arrived early. I contacted the seller & quickly received a response that my account would be credited in full, with their apologies & no need to return the item. I am giving this seller a 5 star review because the customer service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this seller and will absolutely order from them again. *****

Unfortunately, the version of the product sent was the updated version from CoverGirl in different packaging as they restructure their eyeshadow line-up. The new version is a slightly lighter shade, even though it uses the same name/number as the old one. Vitabox was very prompt responding to our communication and kindly issued a refund immediately. Would recommend them based on this experience alone.
