He shipped me an HO scale. I contacted him and asked if it was a simple mistake. He said he believed it was N, but would refund me if I wanted. Since I also have HO trains, I told him I'd be willing to keep it for a discount rather than go through the hassel of packing and shipping it. I figured he'd simply say no if he wasn't interested.
