He went above and beyond offering a refund on postage costs. Products were well protected in packaging and good value. Would buy from him again any time.

I bought a lot of military badges from him and he accidentally left out several (they were all very small so it's an understandable mistake). He sent on the ones he could find but for the ones he couldn't, he asked if there was anything else I'd like instead. I chose an item that had a starting bid of $10, even though it was worth a lot more. He let me have it plus sent a whole bunch of posters too. Thank you
