Description was accurate, and dimensions were exact. It appears to be a high-quality piece. It was packaged extremely securely in waterproof plastic, and it arrived quickly, about a week after I placed my order. Appears to be an excellent value for the money. If I ever need another rug, I will go here first.

I always find one I love, within my budget. Their customer service is great, too. I had to return one rug because the wrong one was sent out to me and they handled it quickly without any issues. It has a little bit of an unpleasant odor, which I’m hoping will dissipate. I was also a little disappointed in the packaging—the rug was simply wrapped in plastic that had been torn in transit, but as there was no damage to the rug itself, I’m keeping my feedback overall positive.
