    I purchased a roll of Hello Kitty Christmas gift wrap This item was so poorly packaged and labeled that it makes sense that it took so long to arrive. I'm shocked that it did arrive the way it was "boxed." I use the term loosely. I've never seen worse. Item arrived crushed, and mangled. Im extremely disappointed. I contacted seller regarding length of time it was taking to arrive. I recieved a curt response that tracking says it was arriving late. I will never purchase from this seller again.

    Purchased a belt but extensive delivery delay of several weeks beyond expected delivery: when product did not arrive, inexperienced seller still refused request for refund or to send a replacement. Thankfully, eBay stepped and refunded me. Seller was unhelpful and not customer-friendly. A disappointing transaction and I would never buy again from this seller.
