Despite the box being damaged, the product was new and arrived perfectly thanks to their excellent packing. The price was great compared to retail, assembly took only 5–10 minutes, it feels durable and the product looks amazing. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend this seller!

My offer was declined instead of countered so unfortunately I paid full price. All items were in box unwrapped. Box was beaten up a fair amount, (I’m guessing by delivery methods even though fragile sticker stating this side up was placed on bag with box inside), but there is no damage and pieces went together easily. I hope to try it out this weekend.
