I knew it was in good condition when I ordered and that the damage came from the shipping process. I couldn t pound out the dent without hurting the mechanism so I felt at a loss. Well, after contacting the seller they were very apologetic, gracious, and prompt in rectifying the situation by giving me a full refund.
