The box was a bit battered but that was expected. Upon building the chair, which takes about ten mins I noticed the back panel had come unstitched slightly. This was not mentioned in description, but to be fair unless the chair was unboxed they would not know. I notified the seller who answered within minutes and was very apologetic and I accepted a partial refund.
