Photos showed that her shoes were in excellent condition, but when I received the doll, one of the heels had broken off. She was packaged with care, though, with lots of bubble wrap. I am so glad to have her for my collection because she is rare, so I feel I got a good value. Shipping was prompt and arrived earlier than expected. In spite of the broken heel, I will buy from this seller again because I've been happy with my transactions.
