      The product was as described and in working order. It was packaged carefully and well protected. The value could be a little better as I found others came with accessories and this one didn't for similar price. The one thing I didn't like was that the free ground shipping took 12 days to arrive - free yes, but time is also money. Overall a good experience.

      Laptop received in good condition despite a puncture of the box, evidently caused in transit by impact of the corner of a heavy box. My inquiry to the seller met with immediate assurance that the unit was insured and requested to take pics to support a claim. My checkout showed the unit unscathed and in good working order. Condition even better than shown as listed. Seller is great in communicating about delays caused by weather or USPS routing. Very good purchase. Highly recommended.
