Tried to work a reasonable partial refund to keep, & pay for damages to be repaired. Seller refused my very reasonable offer. I returned the item immediately to seller & packaged it just as he sent it to me. This should have been double boxed with 3-4 inches of dense padding. I mean no padding on top, & paper, bunched up losely on sides. Now this is a pretty heavy premamp. Shipping charges were unreasonable for poor packaging. I have been an avid packer, check my feedback. Buyer received item but complained cracking noise and "blew" his speakers; no mentioning of cracked glass. Got photo he sent to prove. He asked for $475 refund. I asked him to return for full refund. I received the MX110 with front glass crack, because of poor packing. I email him about advises to fix the issues. Then came this feedback with fabricated stories. I'll report to eBay who has all info.

The entire buying and shipping process was completed, and this thing was ready to fly within three hours of my offer. This thing could have been slungshot to the backside of the moon and arrive undamaged the packaging was that good. Given the condition of the receiver, the attention to details and the speed at which this transaction took place, it will be tough to find a better eBayer!

Whether the unit was damaged in transit or just presented these issues once it got to me, the seller was kind and professional about it.
