      Price was great, shipping was fast and customer service was even better. The curling iron arrived quickly. It was packaged nicely. Unfortunately it would not stay on. Upon reaching out to the buyer, I was quickly offered a refund and no expectation of returning it. I will definitely buy from again.

      Item as shown and shipped in a timely manner. The only issue is that the item would have been better protected in a small box rather than just bubble wrap. The conditioner's pump top was slightly broken and a bit of the conditioner leaked out. Other than that the transaction was great.
