Both the box and the figure where in excellent condition, all parts included, nothing was missing. The shipping was incredibly fast, possibly the fastest I have ever had - I placed my order on tuesday evening, on monday at noon the parcel was at my doorstep. (Japan to Europe). I fully recommend this seller if you want to import figures from Japan.
