Saved $250 off retail price of the monitor. Seller stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive in 4 days but the item took 4 days just to ship out and 9 days to arrive. The antenna was broken when it arrived, but the seller compensated me for that damage. I think for the cost of shipping it could have been packaged better given that the original box did not provide much support for the item. Besides the antenna, the device arrived as described and the purchase price was a great value for the product.
