      The rice cooker/steamer I ordered came promptly and very well packed. As I opened it, I realized I did not see there were cup sizes. The one I wanted to replace was 8cup and I had erroneously ordered the 5cup. I was so disappointed with myself. I contacted the seller and had great and quick responses. I am returning it and wished they had an 8cup to exchange, but they don't. So I am on the hunt again. The interactions and return with this seller was great.
