I received half of an empty envelope. I expected to just lose out on the card. Seller had no questions and didn’t even hesitate to give me a refund. He just ate the loss as there was no insurance. I think this speaks highly of the kind of person they are and the kind of business they run. I plan to do business will do business with them in the future.
