After 2 negative/disheartening experiences with Rolex watches being denied for authenticity and sent back, this one was a success. Woohoo! He was patient, accommodating and answered all of my questions. He was even able to size the watch before he sent it out to me and saved me a trip to the jewelers. Watch was authenticated and is beautiful. Just as described! Would 💯 definitely recommend!!!!

The communication is seconds to none and they have been a genuine pleasure to deal with.
