I am pleased with this transaction and would rate the seller well though I did not appreciate the email and enclosed card that solicited positive feedback. I guess that if they are new to the game they think that is a method to get a good rep...I would suggest that a better approach is to ALWAYS have the customer's needs at the forefront of the transaction.
