All frayed and old looking, since it is a gift, I will have to find another way, to wrap and protect the globe. Not at all happy, since to return would cost a lot.

That about sums up my experience with this Vendor. I can’t claim they were unhelpful as they never replied to my message, they just ignored it. I can’t recommend this vendor as they have failed to uphold their side of the contract between vendor and purchaser. I won’t be shopping with them again.
