Seller did not bubble wrap item (only used bubble mailer) which resulted in the CD case arriving damaged. After some back and forth, seller agreed to a partial refund for an amount that was fair for both of us. The Signed insert arrived in good condition. All in all, I’m happy with my purchase but I wouldn’t purchase from seller again.
