I received it to and the USPS lend it against my front to were i couldn't open the door. When I did go around the house and get the tubing it was bent. I opening the package and the shft was poorly packed. It's beyond me how it was damaged? The only thing I can figure is because it's fiberglass. Please, speak to who packages your product and take the extra time to put foam around the tip & shaft, please!

It gets delivered before his expected date b/c we were so good at making it go faster. He contacts us saying "..package was delivered. Went to the mailbox & there is some box for a neighbor... Where is my driver head?" How could we know. We told him to contact USPS office. He cries & complains.
