Then the postage not enough paid. I went straight into the RM site & paid the postage. If she had said that she had paid I would have refunded her, but she never said that. I very surprised that RM never stated fee already paid when I went in & paid it. Also I always recycle packaging & make sure the parcel is secure & always bubble wrap the item before packaging. As for the colour of this bag, it was a lilac colour.
